I’m not going to lie… this is actually my favourite cleanser. I love this formula for dry skin types, and also as a hydrating addition to your routine even if you are a big fan of gel cleansers. It can be so hard to find a cleanser that’s not too stripping when you’ve got dry skin - even some of the ingredients in gel cleansers or foaming cleansers can feel like too much where oil production is so low.

Introducing the Restore Botanical Cream Cleanser, which does just the opposite.

My favourite ingredients in this formula are the Oats, the Coconut Extract, and the Aloe Vera base. You can see just how hydrating it is when you use it - it stays in a firm little wormy line because of the Aloe!

This is one of the only cleansers that leaves me feeling more hydrated after use, and I can do it faster and more on the go than oil cleansing.

I keep the Restore Botanical Cream Cleanser in my routine throughout the year, and I really notice the difference if I’m missing it.

My favourite cleansing routine is my Antioxidant Gel Cleanser for my first cleanse at night, to get rid of any product on my face and environmental pollution; followed by this deluxe Cream Cleanser to suit my combination skin. I usually opt for this Cleanser in the morning as well, because there’s just no need to strip combination skin in the morning!

We recommend cleansing with our signature Restore Botanical Cream Cleanser in the morning, which is the perfect way to add hydration to your morning routine (if you don't struggle with excess oil production).

TIP: Gel cleansers, foaming cleansers, cream cleansers, oil cleansers… there’s so many to choose from in different situations. We find this Cream Cleanser works beautifully to finish your double cleanse in the evening, after getting product and pollution off the skin with one of our Gel Cleansers. For those with dry skin, this is the perfect cleanser on its own.

Recommendations: Because this cleanser has a rich and hydrating base, it might feel too thick for oily skin types – and that’s okay. Having said that, we find that those with combination skin who can feel too dry from a double cleanse with our Gel Cleanser find that using this Cream Cleanser for their second cleanse at night helps to keep their skin hydrated and supple.
