Australian shipping

We use Australia Post as our courier. All orders are shipped same or next day. Shipping included in promotional offers refers to standard shipping not express post. Standard shipping generally takes 2+ days and express post shipping generally arrives in 2 days, though delivery times are out of our hands. Please refer to Australia Post’s current delivery schedule here. All customers are copied into delivery instructions via email.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Returns

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in offering high-quality skincare products to our customers. However, we understand that everyone's skin is different and sometimes a product may not work for you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product at hello@somethingelseskincare.com. We will do our best to provide you with a solution that meets your needs.

We hope you love your items - but if that’s not the case, you are entitled to return your items within 14 days of receiving them. Refunds or exchanges are available for unused items in original condition. Your items will be inspected by our team once returned and you will be notified of your available refund or exchange options depending on the condition of the product and if it is unused.

We do not accept liability for any reactions or irritation caused by our products and always recommend that you perform a patch test before using any new product on your skin.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
