Affiliate Registration

Something Else Skincare home-care range is available for affiliate partnership as your leading or sister brand for take-home support. This means small businesses don’t have to worry about the overheads of having stock on hand, and e-commerce businesses can easily add another income to their store.

We currently only accept affiliates on application only, as it is important to us that we are partnered with people who share our values, expertise and approach to skin health.

How affiliate partnership currently works:

  1. You are provided with a unique discount code for your customers/referrals to use on checkout
  2. Your affiliate code is an offering from us to you for 25%. The default settings of the affiliate setup is that you receive 20% commission on sales, and your customer receives 5% discount
  3. You have the option in your affiliate registration to adjust this 25% to reduce your commission and increase customer discount
  4. Customers will receive the same discounts available on our website for shipping as everyone else receives
  5. Affiliate codes can not be used in conjunction with sales that offer more than a 10% discount. This parameter is set up by us when we have sales that offer more than 10% discount. Your customer can still receive their affiliate discount on other eligible items, but sales items that are more than 10% discounted will be excluded from their discount. You will be paid 5% commission on items excluded from the customer discount.

Your unique discount code will be emailed to you once your registration is approved. From the time you receive your code, it is active for use indefinitely, until the affiliate relationship is ended by either party. Both parties have the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with no minimum notice required.

Affiliate payments on retail skincare orders placed through our online store will be provided on the last business day of each month via bank transfer to your nominated bank account.

On completing Affiliate Registration, you agree to our terms and conditions as set out below.

  • You agree that you are appropriately trained and qualified to recommend topical skincare items for the customer.
  • You agree to positively represent our brand.

No refunds are provided for change of mind in relation to any skincare product, or for allergic reactions as we have no knowledge of or control over the sensitivity of individuals. If there is a fault or major problem with a skincare product, please contact us immediately to discuss the situation.

All sales are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Affiliate relationships are subject to our Dispute Resolution terms.
